CARE Medical Equipment accepts reservations up to a year in advance for rental equipment, but can respond quickly on short notice. We will have the equipment you ordered waiting for you at your hotel at the agreed upon time. Deliveries are made to Bell Stand or Front Desk.

Should you bring your own wheelchair or scooter and encounter a breakdown, CARE can usually repair your equipment on site at your hotel for minor repairs.

We also sell equipment at prices far less than you will find anywhere else. Guests have purchased the equipment they are renting and taken it home with them. Some prefer new, come to our office, buy the item and take it home with them. Others have purchased from us after returning home and comparing prices. We have shipped to as far away as Saudi Arabia.

Our standard size wheelchairs (18'' wide seat), with fixed arms and standard footrests rent for $25.00 the first day and $10.00 each additional day. These fold up and fit into most trunks. We also offer the option of removable arms, elevating leg rests and oversized wheelchairs.

Scooters are battery powered, have a full seat, back and arms and are used by people who can walk, just not very far. The standard size scooter rents for $30.00 per day with a 2-consecutive day minimum. There is a price break for a week or more. We have three sizes of scooters and can accommodate up to 450 pounds. All scooters are delivered fully charged, with charger, front basket and instructions. They operate with a key and next to the key is a gauge to determine how much charge is left on the scooter.

Sometimes scooters are mistakenly called Electric Wheelchairs. Electric Wheelchairs have a joystick and are most often needed by people who cannot walk at all and/or have use of only one hand. They rent $45.00 per day with a 3-consecuttive day minimum.
